Dust assistants with data sources unavailable
Resolved - Incident is now resovled. All assistants can be pinged appropriately on slack.

Identified - Since 9:37am UTC , trying to ping assistants via Slack did not work if the assistant had access to datasources, apart from the Dust assistant. Instead, another assistant would answer or no answer would be given. This was due to an update that incorrectly restricted Dust's slackbot from accessing any datasource. On the Dust web app, all assistants were still functioning properly. The issue has been identified, we are working on a fix. There is no additional impact.

Assistant interactions failed between 16:23 UTC and 16:37 UTC
Resolved - Between 16:23 UTC and 16:27 UTC all assistant interactions failed due to a bad deploy. The deploy was reverted and assistant interactions are now working as expected.

Running a Dust App with database/database-schema blocks from developer tools UI was broken
Resolved - Since deployment today at 11:37 AM, running a database/database-schema block in a dust app from the builder was reporting an error : Unknown data source : dsv_xxxx . This was due to changes in the ui related to vaults, aiming at storing views ids instead of datasource ids. Bug has been fixed at 6:16 PM.

Assistant interactions failed from 16:11 to 16:24 UTC
Resolved - Between 16:11 UTC and 16:24 UTC all assistant interactions failed due to a bad deploy. The deploy was reverted and assistant interactions are now working as expected.

Folders and websites could not be viewed from 3:35pm CET To 5:35pm CET
Resolved - Due to a faulty upgrade, folders and websites could not be viewed in the Dust application during 2 hours. Clicking on a folder or website resulted in a "404" page. However, assistants based on these folders and websites still worked as expected. There was no other impact, and the issue has now been fixed.
